Getting them
to you.
We ship from China to wherever you sell. To your door with duty paid in Europe, the United States, Canada and the GCC. Everywhere else the terms are quoted country by country, and you are told which before you confirm.
Where we deliver to your door.
Europe, the US, Canada and the GCC
Delivered duty paid. We handle the export and import formalities, the paperwork and the duty, and the price on your quote is the price you pay. Nothing arrives with a customs bill attached.
Everywhere else
Quoted country by country. Where we can deliver to your door properly, we do. Where the import side makes that unwise, we quote to the port of destination and hand over clean documents for clearance. Either way you know which one you are getting before you confirm.
How long it takes.
Sea freight, port to port, once production is finished. Add one to two weeks for customs clearance and inland delivery.
Production is three weeks before shipping starts, counted from your approval of the printed sample.
One order does not have to travel one way.
Air and sea together
If a date is tight, part of the run flies and the balance follows by sea. You open with stock in hand and pay sea freight on the rest. One production run, two shipments, one quote.
Several destinations
One run can be split across your branches or across countries, packed and labelled per destination so nobody re-sorts a pallet on arrival. Freight is quoted per leg.
Stock held for you
Against a contract or a committed volume we hold part of the run at our production side and release it when you need it. You get the price of one long run without storing all of it at once, and reorders ship in days instead of weeks.
Straight answers.
How long does shipping from China take?
By sea, 12 to 18 days to the Gulf, 18 to 25 days to the US West Coast, 30 to 38 days to the US East Coast and 30 to 40 days to Europe, port to port. Add one to two weeks for customs clearance and inland delivery. By air it is 5 to 8 days door to door. Production is three weeks before any of that starts.
Do you deliver to my door?
In Europe, the United States, Canada and the GCC, yes, with duty paid and the price on your quote final. Everywhere else we quote the terms country by country: to your door where we can do it properly, to the port of destination where we cannot. You are told which before you confirm the order.
Can part of the order come by air?
Yes. A common split is a few thousand by air for an opening date and the balance by sea behind it. One production run, two shipments, one quote.
Can you ship to several of our locations?
Yes. One run can be split across branches or across countries, packed and labelled per destination, with the freight quoted for each leg.
Can you hold stock for us?
Against a contract or a committed volume, yes. We hold part of the run at our production side and release it when you need it, so reorders ship in days instead of weeks.
Tell us where they are going.
Send the destination city with your quote and the freight is quoted with the bags, not after them.
