Duty-free under ChAFTA

Bags made in China enter Australia with no duty when the shipment travels with a ChAFTA certificate of origin. We supply the certificate with every Australian order.

GST paid at import

Australia charges 10% GST on imported goods from every country. We handle the import and pay it there. The price on your quote is the price you pay, and nothing arrives with a bill attached.

Three weeks in production from your approval of the printed sample, then the trip.

Are your bags duty-free into Australia?

Yes. We make them in China, and a shipment that travels with a ChAFTA certificate of origin enters Australia with no duty. We supply the certificate with every Australian order.

Who pays the GST?

We do. We handle the import and pay the 10% GST there, and it is already in the price on your quote.

How long does shipping to Australia take?

18 to 25 days by sea to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, then one to two weeks for clearance and delivery to your door. By air it is 5 to 8 days door to door. Production takes three weeks before either starts.

What is the smallest order?

1,000 units for kraft, laminated and cotton bags. 5,000 for non-woven, insulated, thermal and SOS bags and pouches. 10,000 for food grade and compostable bags.
