Does it work for frozen food?
Yes. The foil lining and EPE insulation work both ways: ice cream arrives as ice cream.
Can it be cleaned?
The foil lining wipes clean with a damp cloth, which matters when the bag goes out every day.
Is it reusable?
It is built for daily rounds, not single trips. Reinforced seams and a sturdy carry handle across the top.

Do I see a sample before the full run?
Yes, always. A printed pre-production sample is $250 and you approve it before the machines start. The $250 comes back in full when you place the order.
