Gloss is shiny and saturated, matt is calm and modern, soft touch has a velvet feel people cannot stop touching. All three go over the same print.
Does the lamination protect the print?
Yes. The film seals the ink against scuffing, fingerprints and light moisture, which is why this is the retail workhorse for bags that get reused.
Can it get wet?
The laminated surface shrugs off drizzle and handling. It is still a paper bag underneath, so it should not live outdoors, but a rainy walk home will not ruin it.
Is a laminated bag recyclable?
The film layer complicates paper recycling in most streams. If that matters to your customers, the Kraft Paper Bag in its uncoated stocks gives you a similar construction with no film at all.
How much weight can it take?
The rigid construction and matched handles carry boxed retail loads comfortably. Tell us the heaviest thing that goes in it and we spec for that.
Where are the bags made?
In China, through specialist production facilities, and every run is quality checked before it ships.
Do I see a sample before the full run?
Yes, always. A printed pre-production sample is $250 and you approve it before the machines start. The $250 comes back in full when you place the order.
