Yes, a cool gentle wash. Screen print holds up well; embroidery even better.

Embroidery feels expensive to the hand and lasts the life of the bag. Screen print carries detail and costs less. Many brands do both, embroidery for the logo, print for the message.
How much can it carry?
Grocery loads without complaint. The handles are sewn onto the body with reinforcement stitching, not glued.
Is cotton the most sustainable choice?
It depends on reuse. A cotton bag earns its footprint by being used again and again, which your customers do. For single trips, paper is the lighter answer.

Yes. Calico is plain, unbleached cotton, and in Australia, New Zealand and the UK a natural cotton bag is called a calico bag. Ours are printed with your logo from 1,000 units, like every cotton bag in the range.

Yes, from 1,000 units. Branded tote bags are screen printed or embroidered with your logo, and the price per bag falls as the run grows.
Does a cotton bag count as a reusable bag?
Yes. Cotton and calico with sewn handles fit the material and handle rules in our plastic bag bans guide. New York accepts only bags made without plastic, so cotton qualifies there where non-woven does not.

Do I see a sample before the full run?
Yes, always. A printed pre-production sample is $250 and you approve it before the machines start. The $250 comes back in full when you place the order.
