Vector is best, so PDF, AI, EPS or SVG. If all you have is a PNG or a photograph of your existing bag, send that. Redrawing a simple logo is part of the job, not an extra.

Send your logo with the quote form. We place it on the bag you chose, in the colours and finish you chose, and send the picture back with your quote. If it is wrong, we change it. If you never order, you keep the picture.

Yes. Give us the Pantone reference and we match it. If you do not have one, send anything printed and we will find the closest match and show it to you on the sample.

Yes. If you have a logo, that is enough: we handle placement, sizing and print preparation. If your logo needs cleaning up to print well, we tell you before anything goes to production.

Three weeks in production for every product in the range, counted from the moment you approve the pre-production sample. Shipping time on top depends on where you are and whether you want sea or air.

Twice. First a free digital mockup of your artwork on your chosen bag, with no commitment at all. Then a physical pre-production sample before the full run starts. What you sign off is what gets made.

In China. We say so openly because it is the reason the quality and the price are both good. China is where the machines, the paper stocks and the finishing expertise for this category actually are.

Two gates. You approve a physical pre-production sample before the run starts, and every run is inspected before it ships. If something is wrong at either gate, it does not leave the factory.

Usually yes. Send photos with something for scale, ideally a ruler or a phone next to it. We will identify the paper weight, the handle and the finish, and quote the same construction.

We ship worldwide. In Europe, the United States, Canada and the GCC that means delivery to your door with duty paid. Everywhere else we quote the terms country by country, to your door where we can and to the port of destination where we cannot.

Your choice, and we quote both when it is close. Sea is cheaper and suits planned reorders. Air is faster and suits a launch date. Many customers do the first order by air and reorders by sea.

On door delivery to Europe, the United States, Canada and the GCC we do: the export and import formalities, the paperwork and the duty are ours, and the price on your quote is the price you pay. On the quotes we write to a port of destination, clearance is yours and we hand over clean documents for it.

Because hiding them wastes your time and ours. If 1,000 units or three weeks does not work for you, better you know before the first email.

Texture and honesty. The print sinks into the fibre, textured uncoated stocks feel considered, and there is no plastic film, which your customers increasingly notice.

Foil, deboss and one or two solid colours sit beautifully on the natural fibre. Full colour works too; the brown base warms whites and yellows, which is part of the look.

The bag itself survives many trips and customers keep the good-looking ones. The adhesive seal is single use by design: that is the tamper evidence doing its job.

Count the cups: one, two, or a full round of four. The table above anchors each size, and we cut to your cup if it is unusual.

Cradled from the block bottom, which is the point: it is a counter to car bag, not a shopping bag. For carry distance, pair it with a twisted handle kraft bag.
