What we keep,
and for how long.

Bag Bureau is a trading name of Luxel Group L.L.C-FZ, which is the data controller for anything you send us through this site. Write to hello@bagbureau.com for anything on this page.

Your name, company, email address, the bags you are interested in, a quantity, anything you write in the message box, and the page you were on when you sent it. A phone number only if you choose to add one.

We ask for these because a quote cannot be written without them. Nothing on the form is collected for any other reason.

Logos, photographs and artwork files go straight from your browser to private cloud storage. They never pass through our email. The quote we receive carries a link to each file, not the file itself.

Uploaded files are deleted 90 days after you send them. If your order goes ahead we will ask for final artwork again through the order itself, so nothing here is relied on beyond that window.

The form is delivered to us as an email. Two services handle that on our behalf and see the data only to do so: an email delivery provider, which sends the message, and a cloud storage provider, which holds any uploaded files. Both act on our instructions and neither uses your data for anything of their own.

We do not sell, rent or trade any of it, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Your quote request and our reply are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as we might reasonably need to refer back to them, which for a quote that does not become an order is normally no more than two years. If you want it gone sooner, ask.

One thing, and only if you arrived from one of our adverts: the click identifier from that advert, kept in your browser for 90 days and attached to a quote if you send one, so we know the advert worked. It identifies the click, not you.

There are no cookies, no analytics scripts and no tracking pixels on this site. Nothing else is stored.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, at any time. Email hello@bagbureau.com and we will do it. There is no form and no waiting period.

If any of this changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
